Ambassador - Electric Scooters

About the Job
Our client is looking for part-time and full-time Ambassador/Patrollers who can maintain and monitor our innovative, environmentally friendly electric scooters across the city of Edmonton! If you are proactive, customer service oriented and love to work outdoors then this may be the perfect job for you! We have various shifts available, and you must have flexibility to work weekends.
Responsibilities:

- Collect and re-balance vehicles gathered at popular destination points.
- Move improperly parked vehicles back to appropriate parking areas.
- Patrol service areas, inspect and identify scooters that need repair and maintenance.
- Re-position scooters as needed for customer use.
- Monitor and replace batteries.
- Interact positively with the public as an ambassador for the scooters.
- Use technology and software to log fleet activity and data to optimize fleet performance.
Requirements:
- Physically capable of repetitive standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Able to lift up to 60-80 lbs on a regular basis.
- Comfortable balancing and riding on electric scooters.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and self-directed with the ability to work within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work on the weekends and at busy usage times.
- Able to work in an outdoor environment.
