About the Job
Equation Staffing is seeking experienced banquet servers to support various events for a client of ours in Winnipeg, MB. The ideal candidates will have extensive banquet serving experience, a polished and professional presence, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, formal environment.
Pay: $19 - $20
Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless plated dinner service to guests at a high-end banquet.
- Maintain a professional and polished demeanor at all times.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure service runs smoothly.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver an elevated hospitality experience.
- Follow direction from banquet captains and event managers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of plated banquet serving experience (fine dining or luxury event experience strongly preferred).
- ProServe certification Mandatory.
- Impeccable professionalism, grooming, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with attention to detail.
- Must have black serving attire (black dress shirt, black dress pants/skirt, black non-slip shoes).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
