We’re hiring a dependable and experienced Class 1 Driver for a 1-month contract hauling flat deck loads between Edmonton and Fort McMurray, AB. This is a great opportunity for a professional driver looking for consistent hours and a well-defined route.
Class 1 Driver – Contract Position (Flat Deck Truck)
Route: Edmonton to Fort McMurray, Alberta
Duration: 1 Month (Contract)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Operate a flat deck truck safely and efficiently on a fixed route.
- Secure and inspect loads in compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License (Alberta).
- Minimum 2 years of flat deck experience preferred.
- Clean driver’s abstract.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta highways, especially Hwy 63.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
