About the Job
Equation Staffing is currently recruiting Construction Labourers to support our clients as they prepare for the busy 2026 construction season. These positions are temporary in nature; however, there is potential for longer-term opportunities based on performance and client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, safety-focused individuals looking to gain work across a variety of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- General site cleanup and debris removal.
- Assisting skilled trades as required.
- Material handling and moving supplies.
- Operating basic hand and power tools.
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
- Following all site safety procedures and instructions.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or labour experience is an asset (not required).
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, work gloves.
- Reliable transportation to job sites (strong asset).
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- CSTS, WHMIS, or other safety tickets are a strong asset.
