We are currently hiring Cooks for temporary assignments in Edmonton, AB. This role is ideal for experienced culinary professionals who are dependable, organized, and committed to preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and dietary requirements
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are met
- Follow safe food handling, sanitation, and infection control procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with inventory control and proper food storage
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience required (institutional, healthcare, or commercial kitchen experience considered an asset)
- Valid Food Safe Certification (or equivalent)
- Must be able to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
