Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations for HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.).
- Perform detailed site assessments to gather data for accurate project estimates.
- Prepare and present comprehensive quotes, including scope, timelines, pricing, and financing options.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the HVAC Renovations Manager and technicians for seamless project delivery.
- Track and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Stay informed on industry standards, local codes, and product developments.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, renovation practices, and installation procedures.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience in a technical or home improvement environment is highly desirable.
