About the Job
We are currently hiring Kitchen Production Aides for temporary assignments in Edmonton, AB. This role is ideal for individuals with kitchen experience who are comfortable supporting large-scale food production in healthcare or institutional environments.

Pay Rate: $18.19/hour
Schedule: Morning & Afternoon Shifts | Weekdays & Weekends Available

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients.
- Prepare items according to standardized recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Support cooks with bulk meal production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas.
- Follow safe food handling and infection control procedures.
- Assist with inventory organization and proper food storage.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience required.
- Experience in healthcare, institutional, or high-volume kitchens considered an asset.
- Valid Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be able to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
