Our client is a not for profit agriculture entity, and they are looking for an experienced Loan Processing Administrator to assist their dynamic team. This is a permanent full time position. Responsibilities:
- Establish solid relationships with clients.
- Clearly communicate with customers and clients while providing excellent customer service.
- Gather, verify and manage all required financial documentation.
- Follow up on incomplete applications or forms.
- Maintain and organize files in accordance with company’s regulations.
- Support, evaluate and contribute to lending decisions made with Loan Officers.
- Promote organization through trade shows or other company events.
- Monitor and provide updates regarding loan files.
- Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Post secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in a related position is well regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, proficiency with loan management systems.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Familiarity with credit and lending systems.
- Able to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines.
- Reliable vehicle and availability to attend company events.
