We are currently looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented and reliable receptionists to help run a smooth office for our various clients in Airdrie, AB. These temporary/casual positions will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions such as greeting visitors and staff, providing a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional client services. Whether you are ready to return to the workforce after an extended break, are well-versed in office environments with lots of experience, or are a graduate student looking to get your foot in the door, this may be the opportunity you are looking for!

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and direct them in a friendly and professional manner.
Connect incoming calls and respond to email queries.
Order food and supplies for office lunches and client meetings when required.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and couriers.
Handle printing and photocopying requests.
Book and set up meeting rooms as required.
Manage office inventory such as stationery, and business cards.
Compile data, and create reports and documents as requested.
Ensure overall office cleanliness, and coordinate with maintenance contractors.
Provide administrative support for various teams when necessary.

Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
Exceptional communication skills; in-person and over the phone.
Possess active listening skills with a positive, friendly attitude when greeting clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional composure.
Professional, self-motivated, and able to work well independently.
Flexible to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change.
