About the Job
We are currently hiring Servers for temporary assignments in Assisted Living and Healthcare facilities in Edmonton, AB. This is not a restaurant position — this role focuses on providing respectful, supportive meal service to residents in a care environment.
This position is ideal for compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals who enjoy working with seniors and vulnerable populations.

Pay Rate: $17.83/hour (No tips – hourly position)
Schedule: Morning & Afternoon Shifts | Weekdays & Weekends Available

Responsibilities:
- Serve meals and beverages to residents in dining rooms or resident suites
- Follow dietary restrictions and special meal requirements
- Set up and clear dining areas
- Assist residents as needed during meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Work closely with dietary and care teams to ensure a positive dining experience
Requirements:
- Previous serving or food service experience considered an asset
- Experience working with seniors or in healthcare settings is an asset
- Valid Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be able to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
