Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct sales appointments with homeowners to understand their needs
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on the most suitable products to meet customer needs
- Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and installation procedures
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- A diploma or certificate in interior design would be well regarded
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales experience and a customer focused approach is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of plumbing products is an asset
- Ability to quickly learn new product offerings
