About the Job
We are seeking reliable and motivated Skilled Labour Workers to join our clients’ teams on various projects across Calgary and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in construction, trades, or industrial environments who are eager to contribute to dynamic worksites.
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general and skilled labour tasks including assembly, installation, demolition, and site preparation.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist tradespeople with various construction and maintenance projects.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Work effectively in a team environment to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction, trades, or industrial labour.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation considered an asset.
- Safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid) are an asset but not required.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Hourly Pay: $20 - $24 (depending on experience and certifications).
- Shifts: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends or nights may be available).
