We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and reliable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to help run a smooth office for our client for a one month assignment in Edmonton. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions such as greeting visitors and staff, supporting managers and employees, managing various administrative activities and delivering exceptional client services. Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and direct them in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide reception coverage; connect incoming calls and respond to email queries.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling communications.
Booking travel and accommodations.
Support the preparation of reports and documents as needed.
Handle inquiries from internal and external associates in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide additional administrative support for various teams when necessary.

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant experience in an office environment.
Exceptional communication skills; in-person and over the phone.
Possess active listening skills with a positive, friendly attitude when greeting clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional composure.
Self-motivated, and able to work well independently.
Flexible to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change.
